Bullying, Harassment and Discrimination Policy
The PCC has adopted the Diocese of Southwark’s policy on bullying, harassment, and discrimination at every level within the diocese, including clergy, lay ministers, PCC officers, trustees, diocesan employees, and volunteers.
The policy extends the Diocese's previously adopted Dignity at Work Policy and makes specific reference to the Diocesan Complaints Procedure.
It is expected that all roles within the Church adhere to the Southwark Diocesan Values, adapted from the 7 Nolan Principles of Public Life.
